On-device AI coach for workout questions
Caliptic includes an AI coach that answers workout questions on your phone. The model is downloaded once from inside the app, then runs on the device. Your conversations are not sent to a server.
What the coach does
- Answers questions about your plan and training day.
- Explains exercises and how to adjust a session.
- Shows whether an answer came from the on-device AI model or the rule-based coach.
Without the model
- The rule-based coach still works, using your plan and history.
- Download the AI model from the app when you want fuller conversations.
Questions
