Before you start
- The model is downloaded once from Hugging Face: about 800 MB. Use Wi-Fi if your data plan is limited.
- It runs on your device and uses memory and battery. On older phones replies can be slow; a computer works best.
- What you write stays in this browser. Nothing is sent to our servers.
- Replies are general fitness guidance, not medical advice, and can be wrong. For pain, injury or a health condition, talk to a doctor.
- The model is Google Gemma 3 1B, provided under the Gemma Terms of Use.
